Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
  • •Manage contract variations, claims, and commercial risk.
  • •Oversee supplier performance, governance, and compliance, including any SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
  • •Provide cost, commercial, and quantity surveying support.
  • •Support procurement, reporting, and stakeholder management to drive value, performance improvement, and successful commercial outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in contract management, commercial management, or quantity surveying.
  • •Background delivering major infrastructure or energy projects.
  • •Experience managing complex contracts, change control, and commercial risk.
  • •Strong cost management, forecasting, and commercial reporting skills.
  • •Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts, plus strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
