Administer benefit schemes for clients’ employees within Health Solutions, processing and checking information accurately and supporting internal and external clients. Generate reports on member activity, respond to queries from members, providers, and clients, and prepare letters and documentation. Participate in new client implementations and reporting, help drive process improvements, and maintain required technical, behavioral, and regulatory standards.
