Staff Nurse

Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centred nursing care across inpatient services. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; monitor patients and respond to condition changes; administer medications and treatments per protocols. Maintain accurate records, support effective handovers, and coordinate care with consultants and a multidisciplinary team. Promote patient safety, infection prevention, clinical governance, and risk management, while supporting colleagues, students, and new team members through training and mentorship.
