Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a multi-year roadmap and build the systems, frameworks, and operating model to scale Professional Learning nationally.
  • •Direct the design of professional learning content grounded in adult learning science and the real conditions educators work in.
  • •Build and lead a national team of Professional Learning Specialists and Managers, plus a certified trainer network, and maintain quality across channels.
  • •Define function-level impact and partner with CS Operations to build metrics and dashboards to measure it.
  • •Shape the commercial model (pricing, packaging, bundling) in partnership with Sales and serve as the strategic voice across Customer Success and other teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years building and leading professional learning or customer education programs in education, EdTech, or a related field, with 4+ years leading teams.
  • •Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, with a strong grasp of what educators value and what drives meaningful outcomes.
  • •Experience building or substantially scaling a function end-to-end, including the operating model, staffing plan, and quality bar.
  • •Data fluency: define success metrics, build reporting, and use results to change decisions and improve performance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred.
