Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units and match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) to reflect receipt transactions and stage/transfer items to warehouse or yard locations.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, generate/review shipping documentation, and coordinate with transportation teams for scheduling, loading, and dispatch.
  • •Maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment logs, input transactions into Army-approved systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II), and file shipping/receiving/discrepancy reports per ISO 9001:2015 and auditing standards.
  • •Resolve documentation or shipment discrepancies with Army unit supply personnel and coordinate with supply/warehouse stakeholders; follow safety and HAZMAT packaging, labeling, and transportation regulations.

Salary: USD 16.2 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s in logistics or supply is a plus).
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (MHE).
  • •Must have a Real ID, a Texas driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance, be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
