Job Summary

Create and maintain CMM inspection programs for Module Center departments using GD&T to ensure product and process compliance with quality procedures. Support CMM Programming solutions for quality metrics, develop standard work procedures for CMM and non-contact inspection, and drive continuous improvement using lean/CORE tools like RCCA and mistake-proofing. Partner closely with Module Center Quality and Manufacturing teams to meet quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Create CMM inspection programs using GD&T for Module Center departments.
•Provide CMM programming solutions to support product and process compliance with quality procedures.
•Support continuous process improvement through lean manufacturing initiatives and CORE tools (e.g., benchmarking, RCCA, mistake-proofing).
•Create standard work procedures for CMM and non-contact inspection.
•Drive product and process improvements to meet Module Center quality metric goals while partnering with Quality and Manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in quality and/or manufacturing operations and/or engineering management, or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
•Experience creating CMM inspection programs using CMM software such as MODUS, CAMIO, or CMM Manager.
•Expertise in GD&T drawing interpretation and measuring system implementation.
