Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an EMEA digital enablement plan aligned with global and regional stakeholders and track outcomes.
  • •Assess digital GTM capabilities, prioritize improvements, recommend solutions, and drive adoption through training and support.
  • •Monitor tool usage, identify trends and opportunities, and develop reporting frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • •Promote best practices for digital ways of working and stay current with CRM/Salesforce/CPQ/sales analytics and AI developments.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support integrations, contribute to global CRM governance, and coordinate with other functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business and/or business technology discipline.
