Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure special education and related services are provided as determined by the IEP team, including required communication with parents and related service staff.
  • •Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other state-required special education documentation; facilitate annual IEP meetings.
  • •Provide accommodations and modifications to lessons and assessments as specified by each student’s IEP, including use of assistive technology and accessible text.
  • •Collect and analyze student data and work samples to monitor progress and prescribe remediation and enrichment; maintain grade book and support student placement and promotion decisions.
  • •Deliver rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and support learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and virtual classroom troubleshooting.

Key Requirements
