Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and full-stack solutions that power ERP systems across product, order, inventory, and last-mile delivery domains. You’ll develop microservices and serverless/agentic applications, deliver ecommerce features, and improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience. Work with modern tooling, cloud infrastructure, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve production incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop backend services using Java, Ruby on Rails, and/or Golang.
•Build microservices, serverless functions, and agentic applications for ERP systems.
•Deliver new, innovative ecommerce features through project work.
•Improve system performance and reliability, as well as developer experience (DevEx).
•Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of backend/full stack development experience with a strong software engineering foundation.
•Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or a comparable backend framework.
•Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure).
•Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
•Experience building and consuming REST APIs; familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, plus microservices and event-driven architecture.
