Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, including crews and equipment.
  • •Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations by implementing the company’s OH&S management system.
  • •Maintain plans/specifications and cost/material estimates; manage subcontract and related reports.
  • •Establish, monitor, and update construction work schedules, and maintain cost control by entering daily units of completion and processing timecards and material packing slips.
  • •Coordinate material procurement and expedite progress/final payment certificates and extra work orders as per contract.

Salary: 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Civil Engineering degree and Civil Engineering Technologist or Technician Diploma, or 2–3 years of related experience.
  • •Valid “G” driver’s license.
  • •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • •Resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with strong teamwork.
  • •Ability to work standard 50-hour weeks with overtime and night shifts based on operational requirements.
