Job Summary

Serve as a GIS subject matter expert for the airport industry, partnering with an account team to present and support sales of Esri software and solutions. Build domain and technical expertise in ArcGIS, craft and propose GIS-driven solutions that address customer challenges, and deliver compelling technical demonstrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide best practices for deploying and administering Esri technology and represent Esri at conferences and trade shows.

•Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team while helping plan and execute sales strategies.

•Proactively craft and propose GIS solutions that clarify business value and align Esri technology with customer strategies.
•Design and deliver technical demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences and provide best practices for deploying and administering Esri technology.

•2+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications.
•1+ years of experience working in or supporting the airport industry.
•Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context, including areas such as hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
•Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, and understanding sales and business development processes.
•Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
