Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise technicians performing component overhauls and repairs.
  • •Lead by example in critical repair, assembly, and troubleshooting activities.
  • •Ensure rebuild and repair work is completed to OEM standards and procedures.
  • •Support strip, assess, repair, assemble, test, and commissioning activities where required.

  • •Advanced Technical Certificate, H.E.R, or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • •Proficiency using diagnostic tools, precision measuring tools, and technical documentation.
