Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, development, and implementation of Oura’s visual merchandising strategy across retail partners in EMEA.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of display programs, including design, prototyping, production, distribution, installation, and maintenance.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop fixture designs that meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
  • •Own CAPEX/OPEX budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, and SOWs to ensure fiscal discipline throughout project stages.
  • •Ensure retail compliance and excellence through audits, documentation, and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines and assets.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or fixture program management, preferably in consumer electronics, wearables, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end retail fixture and display programs for major retailers across multiple EMEA markets.
  • •Strong project management skills managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • •Experience managing CAPEX budgets, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost tracking.
  • •Deep understanding of retail environments, materials, fabrication processes, and installation logistics.
