Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and timely while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment when warranted.
  • •Maintain delivery documentation (invoices and bills of lading) and facilitate routine truck service tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Class A CDL (or chauffeur’s license as required by state) appropriate for the vehicle weight.
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal/state DOT regulations.
  • •Pass a DOT physical (trucks driven are over 10k lbs).
  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Lift and move up to 40 pounds and be able to travel frequently.
