Lead the design, execution, and delivery of qualitative research studies from proposal through debrief, serving as the primary client contact and trusted strategic advisor. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to support profitability and client growth. Moderate focus groups, interviews, and workshops in-person/online, partner with the qualitative team for quality and creative excellence, and mentor junior researchers. Collaborate on hybrid qual-quant research and travel for fieldwork as needed.
