Behavior Technician (RBT) - Carlsbad, NM

Provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes, working one-on-one under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Follow behavior intervention plans, collect and record progress data, participate in BCBA supervision and required trainings, and help create meaningful, daily improvements for children with special needs.
