Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key ambassador for the Commerce Bank brand by interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
  • •Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and service recommendations to meet sales and service goals.
  • •Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions that improve financial wellness and support sales goals.
