Underwriting Associate - Renewable Energy Finance

Underwrite renewable energy project finance transactions by performing detailed due diligence, building financial projection models, and preparing underwriting memorandums that identify key credit risks. Partner with internal teams such as other underwriters, Debt Capital Markets, and Credit Risk to support deal diligence calls and credit agreement negotiation. Manage multiple transactions, communicate status and priorities to deal teams under senior underwriters’ direction, and follow credit policies and procedures to support risk accountability.
