Key Responsibilities

•Design and manage an external data disclosure platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Trust & Safety data disclosures.
•Gather business requirements, define scope and milestones, and write functional/technical specifications to support leadership discussions.
•Analyze complex data and use cases to interpret compliance policies and design compliant processes.
•Plan, design, and develop methodologies, tools, and systems to automate and improve efficiency in data disclosure and compliance management.
•Deliver project status to stakeholders, run compliance training sessions, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,600 - 311,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, Compliance Management, or related field plus 2 years of related work experience; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years progressive, post-bachelor’s related experience.
•2+ years managing data or privacy compliance projects/programs with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans and deliver strategic outcomes.
•2+ years managing project/program risk and issues (deadlines, schedule, resourcing, or budget) by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolutions.
•Experience designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs and success metrics using OKRs.
•Experience analyzing data (datasets/dashboards) for product planning and interfacing with business leaders with strategy, timeline, and status documents, plus developing compliance policies/procedures.
