Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers, embedding with their engineering teams.
  • •Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping to production rollout.
  • •Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
  • •Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions to support safe adoption.
  • •Contribute technical content (examples, guides, patterns, best practices) to the OpenAI Cookbook and translate deployment learnings into product proposals and model feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar experience working directly with customers.
  • •Be an active power user of AI coding tools with deeply customized developer workflows and a clear point of view on productivity.
  • •Have experience building scrappy, high-signal demos, integrations, and prototypes that clearly show what Codex enables, often using Codex yourself.
  • •Deliver large, high-impact workshops or technical training for engineering teams, crafting engaging, hands-on, outcomes-driven sessions.
  • •Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form, especially when helping customers make strategic decisions about AI coding adoption.
