Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate sales and deliver outstanding guest service through friendly, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.
  • •Provide prompt warm greetings and enhance the guest experience using Smile, Eye Contact, and Thank You principles.
  • •Ensure accuracy of every order by following proper procedures and using the order monitor.
  • •Maintain the front counter and checkout area—keep it clean, organized, stocked, and ready for rush periods; support housekeeping and visual presentation standards.
  • •Process payments and manage cash till operations accurately (counts at shift start; issue receipts/refunds/change); comply with sanitation and health & safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide friendly, attentive guest service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
  • •Accurately follow order procedures to ensure correct orders for every guest.
  • •Execute cashier tasks, including receiving cash/credit cards/vouchers, issuing receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
  • •Follow sanitation, hygiene, and restaurant policies, including required hand-washing and sanitation tasks.
  • •Comply with occupational health and safety legislation and safe work practices; report injuries, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
