Job Summary

Own the day-to-day build, adoption, and measurement of Internal Audit’s AI automation program. Turn auditor problem statements into production-ready tools using the AI Hub and SOX testing engine, manage the intake and prioritization pipeline, and maintain an AI Impact Dashboard that ties recovered hours to verified strategic outcomes. Coordinate Working Groups, activate individual participation, and represent Internal Audit across Finance and company-wide AI networks.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain AI automations across Internal Audit functions using the AI Hub and SOX testing engine; manage problem statement intake, dispositions (built/deferred/declined), and backlog prioritization.
•Maintain the AI Impact Dashboard with accurate function-level attribution; protect measurement methodology and produce AI Value Reports and executive/audit committee-ready materials translating hours saved into strategic impact.
•Coordinate Working Groups via check-ins and Bi-Weekly Showcase cadence; track phased plans, flag delivery risks early, and help sequence deliverables against the automation backlog.
•Activate individual contributor participation by tracking engagement, proactively reaching out one-on-one to teammates with no recorded participation, and leading communications around auditor gains from participation.
•Manage knowledge enablement by maintaining the AI Hub knowledge repository and AI Learning Catalog; represent Internal Audit in Finance and company-wide AI initiatives and feed enterprise learnings back into the tool-building program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 160,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Hold an active or in-progress CPA, CIA, or CISA (CISA preferred).
•Have 3–6 years of internal audit experience across at least two disciplines (internal audit, IT audit, SOX business process, SOX ITAC/ITGC, or data analytics).
•Provide sufficient audit technical depth to meet Internal Audit quality standards, including evidence documentation, workpaper integrity, and SOX testing requirements for financial and IT controls.
•Demonstrate experience building or operating AI tools/automations or structured prompt workflows applied to real audit work.
•Be able to represent a function in cross-functional settings and manage multiple concurrent workstreams with defined deliverables and deadlines.
