•Bring structure and a clear workplan to ambiguous, early-stage projects where the process is not yet defined.
•Define scope, sequencing dependencies, manage risk, and drive programs to measurable outcomes.
•Engage technical counterparts on architecture, funds flows, and system logic to identify gaps and present informed trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
•Connect crypto/product and the treasury function by translating technical complexity into financial and operational context, and provide day-to-day guidance to improve execution quality.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•7-10 years of progressive experience in technical project management, including 3-5 years operating in financial infrastructure or an adjacent domain.
•Strong technical program management experience in capital markets, complex financial infrastructure, fintech, or payments environments.
•Meaningful hands-on exposure to digital assets (e.g., custody workflows, on-chain settlement, blockchain transaction lifecycle, Layer 1/2, or tokenization).
•Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs, project status, and recommendations to executives.
