Oversee and implement the Radioactive Waste Management program at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive waste in compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead waste characterization, packaging, storage, transportation, QA, and emergency response planning while coordinating with ENEC Operations and regulatory bodies to minimize risk.

•Develop, maintain and improve technical procedures and QA for safe and efficient waste management.
•Lead emergency response planning for radioactive waste incidents and coordinate with emergency management teams.
•Conduct audits and inspections of waste management practices and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
