Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical solution strategy throughout the capture and proposal lifecycle from early qualification through proposal submission.
  • •Analyze RFI/RFP requirements and develop responsive solutions, including staffing plans and associated costs.
  • •Develop and review solution architecture artifacts (e.g., architectural models, process diagrams, concepts of operation) and key proposal materials.
  • •Collaborate with capture and proposal teams, engage customers on pre-proposal needs, and advise on strategies to shape acquisitions.
  • •Recruit, hire, and make decisions regarding staff assignments; coach and advise solution architecture and proposal support resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; polygraph strongly preferred.
  • •Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years architecting technical solutions and leading/supporting complex capture pursuits and proposals.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead solution development and technical proposal volumes for large, highly strategic complex deals.
