Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar plus 8 years of demonstrated construction superintendent experience; or AA/AS plus 10 years; or HSD/GED plus 12 years (equivalency allowed).
  • •Valid US Driver's License.
  • •8+ years as a Superintendent with experience in interior renovations and tenant improvement, core and shell, and general commercial construction.
  • •Proven experience managing field operations in Los Angeles County, including inspection and permitting familiarity.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
