Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end performance of operational vendors using KPI and SLA oversight across quality, efficiency, compliance, and cost.
  • •Conduct vendor data deep-dives to identify root causes of performance gaps and translate insights into actionable plans for stakeholders.
  • •Streamline workflows, optimize reporting/data accuracy, and architect scalable operations for new initiatives and pilots.
  • •Lead business reviews with vendor partners, document action plans, and partner on forecasting and vendor capacity alignment.
  • •Ensure contract adherence to security and policy updates, mitigate operational/compliance risks, and act as the operational liaison between vendors and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management, supplier relationship management, or outsourced operations performance in a high-volume, global environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets and synthesize performance trends to drive decisions.
  • •CRM and sales enablement proficiency, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred, plus experience with tools such as MixMax and Gong.
  • •Operational excellence knowledge, including contact center operations, quality assurance methodologies, and process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, plus experience managing complex cross-functional operational projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
