Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment failures to maintain high uptime.
  • •Build/fabricate fixtures and perform necessary repairs; conduct preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • •Interpret electrical/electronic schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical plans to reconstruct and repair equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair robots and controls, including PLC/CNC and motion control drive systems.
  • •Support training for new employees, maintain a clean work area, and promote safe work culture and quality/ethics values.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering/technical degree in electronics, mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of maintenance experience with CNC.
  • •Ability to read plans, including geometric tolerance, and interpret electrical/electronic schemes plus hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
  • •Technical knowledge in electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics, including principles and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of motion control systems and standards/laws such as NFPA 70E and LOTO; understanding of root-cause analysis is a plus.
