Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) plus 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost management/quantity surveying, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong working knowledge of NEC4 suite of contracts, especially PSC (Professional Services Contract) and ECC (Engineering and Construction Contract).
  • •Experience delivering cost/commercial management within integrated, multi-organisation collaborative teams.
  • •Accreditation to MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards it.
