Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign and supervise daily warehouse operations to satisfy demand plan requirements and ensure training for warehouse keepers.
  • •Follow and enforce GMP and documented procedures, maintaining good documentation practice and compliance to ISO13485 and other regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure safety, health, and environment compliance at all times, including reporting unsafe conditions/actions/near misses and suggesting improvements; comply with ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
  • •Perform SAP transactions to reconcile physical operations with SAP records, organize periodic stocktaking for stock accuracy, and maintain records for scrapped bonded materials.
  • •Conduct preliminary equipment maintenance, run periodic performance reviews, coordinate with related departments to resolve problems, and complete other tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or related field.
  • •At least 5 years logistics/supply chain management experience in a multinational manufacturing company, with complex warehouse operations exposure.
  • •At least 3 years leadership experience.
  • •Good knowledge and experience in SAP or equivalent MRP systems.
  • •Forklift licence would be an advantage.
