Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality
  • •Demonstrate a team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, and to stand/walk/move continuously for at least 8 hours per shift
