Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct customer liaison for installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor and display equipment. Perform tiered service activities, including routine preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Troubleshoot using digital analytics, documentation, and test equipment, and participate in escalations as needed. Ensure operational quality, support customers with clear communication, and follow safety procedures consistently while managing your own workload.
