Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical advice and support for assigned product groups to key accounts, including site visits and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
•Interpret customer and market needs and initiate new developments based on PCP to enhance product offerings.
•Develop innovative solutions for new or existing applications and oversee implementation of new products with field tests.
•Take technical responsibility for the product portfolio, including maintenance, and identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
•Support local sales organizations and global key accounts in case of complaints/claims, and arrange trainings for customers and local sales teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in materials, mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field
•Strong English skills and confident communication
•Strong German skills are required for the Germany-based target position
•High level of initiative and ability to work independently
