Job Summary

Lead a team of Delivery Solutions Architects for Emerging Enterprise customers, guiding them from initial onboarding to production success on the Databricks Platform. Own the strategy for accelerating use case onboarding and production workloads, ensuring technical excellence across modern Data and AI architecture. Partner with Sales, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to build integrated customer plans, track workload progress and customer health, and act as a technical sponsor for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, lead, hire, coach, and grow a team of Delivery Solutions Architects to guide Emerging Enterprise customers to production success.
•Accelerate customers’ path to production by removing blockers, streamlining onboarding, and enabling high-impact workloads to ship faster.
•Maintain technical excellence by staying ahead of Data and AI ecosystem developments and achieving certifications.
•Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to create integrated customer plans that deliver measurable ROI.
•Establish operational mechanisms for tracking and forecasting workload progress, usage growth, and customer health, and sponsor select accounts with tech leads and executives.

Salary: USD 197,100 - 270,975

Key Requirements

•7+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on Data and AI, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
•Experience with cloud-based lakehouse architectures, including migrations and modernization using cloud-native principles.
•Demonstrated ability to accelerate workloads to production and drive sustained success on cloud-native platforms.
•Hands-on experience with SQL and an object-oriented programming language (preference for Python, SQL, or Scala), including code reviews and architecture design sessions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
