  • •Own the reliability and operational health of Tier 0 infrastructure (GitHub Enterprise/Cloud, Artifactory, Sourcegraph, GitHub Actions, CI runner fleet, cloud environments).
  • •Develop cross-functional partnerships across the company and interact with customers daily.
  • •Define and drive the roadmap balancing operational excellence with automation, modernization, and AI-driven workflows.
  • •Champion data-driven priorities (CI/CD success, PR cycle times, engineer satisfaction) and report productivity insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years managing or leading engineering teams with a strong individual-contributor engineering background (BS in Computer Science or equivalent).
  • •Track record of owning and delivering developer-facing or infrastructure systems at scale.
  • •Strong working knowledge of source control and CI infrastructure; experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, or Sourcegraph is a strong plus.
  • •Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Hashistack (Nomad, Vault, Terraform).
  • •Demonstrated operational leadership: incident response, sustainable on-call, and reliability-minded approaches to critical systems.
