Job Summary

Own end-to-end business performance management to connect company strategy with measurable outcomes. Monitor organizational vision, targets, and product/business KPIs, run weekly progress, and provide business intelligence through performance and profit/loss analysis. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure vision/mission and product goals are achieved, support strategic initiatives and key projects, and drive continuous improvement in performance management as industry and policy trends shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Support executives’ strategic decision-making by identifying key information and setting priorities.
•Deliver business intelligence by monitoring vision and goals and analyzing business performance.
•Operate and manage the company-wide Weekly Progress process.
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to track performance toward company vision/mission and product goals.
•Drive execution of strategic initiatives and major projects via related committees and meetings, and provide insights on business issues and industry trends.

Key Requirements

•Experience building and operating company-wide goal setting and performance management processes.
•Understanding of the mobility/automotive and software industry, with practical business context.
•Strong business acumen and analytical skills to lead strategic decision-making.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a problem-solving mindset for business issues.
•Experience supporting executives, including preparing and visualizing documents for leadership.
