Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s car haulers, ensuring safe, accurate transport from start to finish. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe driving conditions, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. This role blends customer service with hands-on logistics, with rotating shifts and performance-based pay growth.
