Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the escalation point and ambassador between customers, the Implementation Director, and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects end to end, including planning through go-live and closure.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and the project team, mobilizing internal and external resources to achieve results.
  • •Lead professional services proposal estimation and development, defining scope, resourcing, timelines, assumptions, and pricing.
  • •Manage governance, communications, risks/issues, project budget, change in project scope, and coordination with implementation partners.
