Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years designing and developing wireless communication systems, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • •Experience with wireless communication protocols and modem architecture, including PHY, MAC, and higher-layer interactions.
  • •Working knowledge of RF propagation, channel modeling, and wireless channel characteristics.
  • •Strong understanding of digital communication and signal processing techniques including MIMO, OFDM, synchronization, channel estimation, equalization, and related algorithms.
  • •Proficiency in MATLAB for algorithm development, modeling, simulation, and performance analysis.
