Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and manage healthcare strategy and planning advisory services across varying scopes and breadths.
  • •Lead teams on major commissions and contribute to developing healthcare strategy and planning expertise, processes, and procedures.
  • •Contribute to annual new business development targets, including preparing tender responses and delivering presentations for new opportunities.
  • •Provide analytical and technical inputs for projects such as strategic analysis, demand/capacity modelling, models of care, and design reviews.
  • •Lead clinical stakeholder engagement sessions, manage engagement programmes, and support multi-disciplinary collaboration across the HS+P team and beyond.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of health services and/or health facilities gained via clinical practice, health provider roles, or professional work contributing to healthcare projects.
  • •Ability to provide technical inputs such as strategic analysis, demand and capacity modelling, models of care, clinical and functional briefing, accommodation schedules, and design reviews.
  • •Experience applying healthcare planning guidance, preferably including Hospital 2.0.
  • •Strong client relationship management skills, including accounting for issues across an existing/new portfolio of clients.
  • •Excellent writing skills for reports, briefs, business cases, and peer review for accuracy and quality.
