Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS and Alibaba Cloud services for enterprise-level hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • •Design highly available, auto-scaling cloud architectures and optimize network, storage, and compute configurations.
  • •Implement cloud-native monitoring and alerting, and lead critical incident response with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • •Reduce and manage cloud costs through reserved instances, auto-scaling, storage lifecycle policies, and quota strategies to prevent waste.
  • •Implement cloud security baselines and granular access controls, conduct security audits, remediate vulnerabilities, and enforce auditing with cloud logging.
  • •Collaborate with development teams, document operational procedures (SOPs), and lead internal technical training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of operations experience, including 3+ years focused on public cloud (AWS/Alibaba Cloud) managing 100+ instances.
  • •Mastery of core compute/storage/network/security services on AWS or Alibaba Cloud, with familiarity with the other platform.
  • •Proficient with Linux/Windows operations and automation tools such as Shell/Python/Ansible.
  • •Hands-on containerized operations experience with Kubernetes and ECS/EKS/ACK and cloud-native technologies like service mesh.
  • •AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE certifications preferred, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Network Engineering or related fields.
