Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Property & Casualty insurance technology projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
  • •Manage large-scale insurance implementations, platform modernization, upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
  • •Drive project planning, sprint execution, milestone tracking, dependency management, and release management.
  • •Establish and maintain governance with delivery metrics, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • •Coordinate business, functional, technical, testing, data, integration, and infrastructure workstreams to ensure integrated delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of overall IT experience.
  • •5+ years managing projects/programs within the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
  • •Proven experience delivering insurance technology implementation, modernization, enhancement, or transformation programs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and delivery governance capabilities, including executive reporting.
  • •Experience with SDLC and delivery methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
