Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in bank sales processes by profiling customers, building relationships, and following up by phone or email to support sales campaigns.
  • •Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts per established policies and procedures, understanding Personal Banker training material.
  • •Advise customers using knowledge of Old Second products, beginning with retail banking options and learning more complex products such as IRAs and loans.
  • •Perform Teller functions as needed, including cash checks, processing deposits/withdrawals, and balancing the drawer.
  • •Maintain operational accuracy and compliance (e.g., BSA/Fraud/CTR, CIP, beneficial ownership records, and other required documentation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales) for Level 1, or two years for Level 2, or three or more years for Level 3.
  • •Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role (for Level 1).
  • •Level 3 must successfully complete the Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
  • •Provide excellent customer service and professional communication, including reliable follow-through and organization during high-volume periods.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of bank and legislated compliance and regulations, including completion of annual training.
