Job Summary

Help run and scale a blockchain ecosystem platform (L2 network, wallet infrastructure, and stablecoin services) with hands-on platform engineering, reliability, and operations. You’ll build high-availability infrastructure, CI/CD and GitOps workflows, Terraform-based IaC, and Kubernetes clusters and tooling (AKS, Helm, Argo CD). Improve security and delivery through secrets management, monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and operational support across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Continuously evaluate and adopt tools, platforms, and best practices to improve delivery speed, reliability, and security.
•Plan and implement new approaches and tools for platform engineering and operations.
•Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines across diverse technology stacks and support GitOps workflows.
•Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and oversee Kubernetes orchestration and related tooling (Helm, Argo CD).
•Integrate and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and support multiple project teams as needed.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
•Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (Azure preferred) and familiarity with others.
•Hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS preferred) including cluster provisioning, Helm charts, and Operators.
•Proven CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitLab or GitHub CI, and Argo CD (or similar tools).
•Strong scripting, automation, and secrets management knowledge (HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault).
