Key Responsibilities

•Promptly handle first and third party claims ensuring a focused claims service for customers and external contacts
•Develop a claims case strategy with reserves, investigations, and supplier engagement
•Review, resolve and finalise claims within authority limits for optimum settlements
•Gather and assess evidence to determine claim value and identify fraud/recovery indicators
•Mentor junior colleagues and communicate with customers via phone or email to meet service standards

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder, typically working towards a professional qualification
•Over 2 years of insurance experience in claims handling, preferably travel claims
•Good technical knowledge on claims handling, preferably travel insurance
•Strong customer service skills to engage, influence, negotiate and inform customers on claims matters
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
