Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •5+ years of design experience in structural engineering.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in the UK Rail industry, including station structures, platform, and lineside infrastructure, with multi-disciplinary coordination on railway projects.
  • •Experience leading a small team of engineers using CAD, with concrete and steel design; RC detailing and BBS check experience.
  • •Design experience in general civils work (foundations like pile/raft/pad, retaining walls) and steel footbridge, stair, and lift shaft assessment/design.
