Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 1+ years of related experience (industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environment) or 4 years of direct industrial mechanical maintenance/food manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • •Have or be able to attain RETA certification.
  • •Industrial maintenance experience covering three or more areas such as ammonia refrigeration, engine & boiler systems, electricity & motor controls, controls & instrumentation, PLC/software & hardware, and mechanical systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and perform system analysis.
  • •Basic computer skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to work all shifts (days/evenings/overnights), extended hours, and weekends.
