Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supervision projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against budgets, schedules, and technical/quality requirements.
  • •Lead coordination with client counterparts to finalize project commencement orders and manage client relations, expectations, progress, and clarifications.
  • •Review and approve contractor submittals, including staffing proposals, organizational charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans, QA/QC plans, HSSE plans, and risk management plans.
  • •Monitor project schedules, investigate delays, manage scope changes, assess contractor claims, and oversee variation orders with clients and contractors as needed.
  • •Oversee site HSSE procedures and inspections, guide quality inspections and non-conformity action plans, and ensure testing/commissioning, snags rectification, take-over certificates, final accounts, and statements of completion are completed accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • •12+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and planning in a top tier regional/multinational consultancy firm with construction supervision expertise.
  • •Demonstrated exposure across construction supervision aspects including client management, contractor management, contract administration, quality management, and dispute management.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English; PMP certification is preferred and chartered professional engineering certification or equivalent is preferred.
