Drive OnePay credit program growth across an assigned Walmart territory by partnering with market and store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Own in-store execution of marketing, merchandising, and POS rollout; train and coach store/market teams through ongoing field engagement; and monitor KPIs, competitive activity, and compliance. Use performance reporting to deliver clear recommendations, manage field budgets, and support store openings or relocations.
