Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned to sales, finance, and operations goals.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, communicating vision, release plans, and progress updates to senior leadership.
  • •Analyze and enhance quote-to-order and sales-related business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for product features and integrations, overseeing UAT, deployment readiness, and post-launch support.
  • •Use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and capture business value, prioritizing decisions and surfacing emerging customer trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in product ownership and/or IT consulting, including Oracle applications consulting.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
  • •Thorough understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, including CRM, CPQ, and ERP technologies.
  • •Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
