Job Summary

Own and drive the Oracle CPQ Cloud product roadmap within the IT Global Sales team. Translate sales, finance, and operations needs into scalable capabilities that improve the quoting and sales experience end-to-end. Partner with business and technical stakeholders, manage the product backlog, lead implementation and UAT/deployment readiness, and use data insights to prioritize enhancements and measure business value in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned to sales, finance, and operations goals.
•Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, communicating vision, release plans, and progress updates to senior leadership.
•Analyze and enhance quote-to-order and sales-related business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for product features and integrations, overseeing UAT, deployment readiness, and post-launch support.
•Use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and capture business value, prioritizing decisions and surfacing emerging customer trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in product ownership and/or IT consulting, including Oracle applications consulting.
•Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
•Thorough understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, including CRM, CPQ, and ERP technologies.
•Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
